Depression - Staying Positive in a Depressing State!

Millions of Canadians suffer from depression. I've had my own fair share of depressed states over the last couple of years, but through determination, sticktuitiveness and finding morale boosting motivators, I've been able to overcome some downward spiralling battles. A blood clot is extremely dangerous which can lead to strokes, or even death. Hundreds of thousands of Canadians suffer from blood clots every year, no one is truly safe, not even children. Our youth use technology to help their lives, but laziness is a silent killer!
